Engagements can vary from as little as one day per month to several days per week.  The complexity and size of your company will also determine whether you require an individual at the Controller and/or CFO level.

Contract Controller

A Controller usually works directly with your in-house accounting department.  During initial discussions we work with you to outline the responsibilities and the due dates of various tasks.  At ongoing meetings, we can continue to assist you in determining other changes that need to be addressed.  Some examples of potential changes may be in procedures, software, internal controls, tax planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.  This kind of regular interaction allows us to help you achieve enhanced profitability and operational efficiency.

Contract CFO

This is more of a high-level finance/treasury position.  Whether you require some long-term assistance or a fill-in position, we can assist you with the following types of activities:
