Charles received an accounting degree with a minor in business administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. He was licenseas a Certified Public Accountant in 1975
After graduation, Charles worked for several companies obtaining experience in industry. In 1977, he opened his own practice in Dallas, Texas. In 1981, he was founder and shareholder in the firm of Wignall, Chapman, McGee and Company. In 1985, he left the firm to form Charles E. Chapman, Inc. and in 1990 he became the managing shareholder of Chapman, Hext & Co., P.C. In 2006, he resigned that position to become Managing Director of CH Wealth Management, L.L.C.
Charles has had extensive experience in most areas of accounting including taxation of individual, corporations and partnerships. His experience has also included audit engagements, representation of all facets of mergers and acquisitions, due diligence for purchase and sale of companies, and litigation support for plaintiffs and defendants.
In 1998, Charles obtained his Series 7 license in order to assist clients in wealth retention. Since that time, he has been active in financial planning and estate planning for businesses and individuals. His primary focus is asset allocation using various methods to build and retain wealth.
Charles is active in professional and civic organizations such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Richardson Symphony Orchestra, and the Southern Methodist University Planned Giving Council.
Nancy Schulze

Nancy received an accounting degree with a minor in business administration from the University of Norh Dallas. From 1982 to 1984, she was with Main Hurdman in Midland, Texas, specializing in the oil and gas industry and in trust/estate accounting and taxation. From 1984 to 1992, Nancy worked for a local certified public accounting firm in Dallas as a tax manager. In February 1992, Nancy joined Chapman, Hext & Co., P.C. as tax manager. Currently, Nancy is the shareholder in charge of tax engagements with Chapman, Hext & Co., P.C.
Nancy’s emphasis is in tax planning consultations as well as the oversight for corporate and individual income tax preparation for federal and state. She also assists clients in determining the proper structure for merger and acquisitions and choice of entity at startup. She has responsibility for day-to-day operations of the Firm and technical aspects of the practice.
Nancy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the Beta Alpha Psi National Honors Accounting Fraternity at the University of Texas.
Nancy has served on the Board of Youth and Board of Education at Messiah Lutheran Church in Richardson for various periods of time since 1994. Nancy has also served on the Board for the Richardson Children’s Theatre since 1998. Nancy is also actively involved in a wide variety of community activities
