Our CPA firm primarily serves the North Texas area, although we are frequently called upon to provide audit, tax, accounting, and consulting services throughout the United States.  Ours is a full-service firm.  Members of our staff are committed to providing service of superior quality at competitive prices to all levels, from small to mid-size companies and large regulated enterprises.  We are especially interested in frequent contact and direct communication with each client, which enables our staff of professionals to identify specific business opportunities for clients, as well as to provide them with traditional financial services.

The size of our firm enables us to respond promptly and effectively to each client's needs, some of which emerge unexpectedly.  Because we are a full-service firm, we can serve all or only a portion of each client's needs.  We take great pride in the fact that our client relationships are collaborations in the best sense.  We also take great pride in the fact that almost all of our new clients are referred to us by current clients.

Our client base reveals a full spectrum of individual as well as corporate needs insofar as accounting services are concerned.  To meet those needs, our firm has established state-of-the-art accounting systems, as well as computer and software components, which enable us to accelerate the process of data retrieval, evaluation, and dissemination in full compliance with guidelines established by various regulatory agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service.

Chapman, Hext & Co., P.C. is thus capable of being an integrated-service professional accounting firm in terms of the breadth of its services, but also offers a degree and quality of personal attention to each client which most larger accounting firms simply cannot.

Our firm also has a consulting and corporate finance group known as White Rock Advisors, LLC.  This group is available to assist you with a variety of consulting projects such as business plans, strategic planning, contract CFO/controller and management of capital, assets and risk in the corporate environment. 

We also have funded and sponsor a very active “Angel Group” in North Dallas, known as the North Dallas Investment Group, Inc.  This group meets monthly and provides a forum for companies to make presentations that are looking for capital for “early stage” companies.

Our firm has also formed a new private equity venture fund, known as the White Rock Venture Fund.  This fund will make investments of less than $5 million with co-investment partners in middle market companies that need expansion capital.
